Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 35kbd platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:
- Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to use stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds into a 35kbd account.
- Money laundering: Using the 35kbd platform for the purpose of laundering funds obtained through illegal activity. 35kbd complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any 35kbd game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker-style games or coordinating crash game cash-out strategies with inside information.

Player-Initiated Closure

- Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested.
- Inactive account (no login or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more).
- Regulatory requirement or court order requiring the suspension or closure of the account.
Where an account is suspended or closed by 35kbd due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance that is not associated with fraudulent or bonus-abusive activity will be returned to the player's registered payment method after any outstanding investigations are resolved. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds will be voided in all breach-related closures.
Inactive Account Policy
An account is considered inactive if no login has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. 35kbd will send a reminder notification to the email or mobile number on record before applying any inactivity fee. Thereafter, a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 may be deducted from any remaining real-money balance until the balance reaches zero or the player logs back in, whichever occurs first.
